Papich Construction Company Inc. performed the construction a new landfill cell for County of Merced. This new cell consisted of excavating 2 million yards soil, placement of 30 acres GCL and HDPE liner, gravel leachate drainage system including sump pumps and piping, access roadways, and operation layer.
